The Accounting Specialist monitors processes and ensures accounting practices and security controls for the various primary functions of the Financial Management Bureau related to inmate accounting travel accounts payable and receivable. This position maintains compliance with state and federal laws and County and MCSO Policies and Procedures.

Typically successful candidates are hired at a salary rate up to midpoint of the range based on applicable experience internal equity and budgetary allowances.
