Provide technical support.
Responsibilities
Must be able to take responsibility and commit to the work schedule. Understanding Audio Visual technology and willing to learn more if needed. Must have excellent customer service skills and be willing to provide good customer service in stressful situations. A/V experience and knowledge of Crestron Extron DSP audio/video signal flow or computer is a plus. Must have excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
