Job Description
Overview
The Nursing Tech performs advanced patient care procedures (such as initiation of intravenous therapy splinting/casting suturing and simple patient teaching) under the director of a licensed Nurse or Provider and/or performs advanced support-procedures for the operation of the Emergency Department. Coordinates equipment and/or supply systems. Performs sterile processing procedures.
Type of Opportunity: Full Time
Work Schedule: 12 Hour Nights
Qualifications
- 6 months patient care experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) required
