ABOUT THE ROLE Golf Service Centre Sandy Golf Links Cheltenham Casual

Were looking for a customer service focussed Golf Centre Attendant to join our team and help us support golf registration and check in golf retail and club fitting for the public.

Your impact will include:

Assisting with the day-to-day operations and presentation of the Golf Service Centre:

• Maintaining opening and closing processes and duties
• POS reconciliation
• Assist patrons with check-in and golf registration
• Provide golf equipment and merchandise expertise to customers
• Assist the Golf Service Centre Manager with merchandise presentation and pricing

Ensure exceptional service to customers at all times:

• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour
• Deliver a consultative sales approach to customers
• Wear a PGA provided uniform to all shifts

Maintain a strong working relationship with Sandy Golf Links management and staff:

• Assist Sandy Golf Links staff with golf operations as required
• Advocate Sandy Golf Links products and services

Youll bring:

• A high level of punctuality and reliability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration
• Operational IT competency
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Enthusiastic & passionate about golf
