Applicants will remain in the pool for 12 months.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters degree in business business management business administration accountancy finance marketing or business education OR bachelors degree in any of the above AND masters degree in economics personnel management public administration or Juris Doctorate (J.D.) or Legum Baccalaureus (LL.B.) degreeOR bachelors degree in economics with a business emphasis AND masters degree in personnel management public administration or J.D. or LL.B. degree OR the equivalent.
Must have sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic socioeconomic cultural disability and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.

We accept part-time faculty applications on a continual basis.
Departments or Divisions will refer to the pool of applications on file as needed to fill in temporary assignments.
The number of part-time faculty hired varies from semester to semester depending upon the needs of the department. Your application will be maintained in this part-time faculty pool for 12 months.

It is the applicants responsibility to ensure that all requested materials are received. All materials included in the application packet become District property will not be returned and will not be copied.
All the information qualifying an applicant for the position must be included on the Victor Valley College Application. To assist the District in determining whether an applicant meets the minimum requirements descriptions of an applicants present and past job duties should include details pertinent to the position for which he/she/they are applying.
