ENGINEERING MANAGER

The examination process will consist of a competitive evaluation of qualifications based on a review of the application and supplemental questionnaire; therefore it is to your advantage to provide as much detailed and relevant work experience. Those candidates deemed most qualified will be invited to participate in an oral board interview to evaluate experience education and qualifications for the position.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The City of Baldwin Park is seeking an experienced professional to help lead the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department. The Engineering Manager will report to the Public Works Director/City Engineer and will help organize plan coordinate manage and supervise the Engineering Team. The City is looking for an individual who is a team player collaborates and work extremely well with other departments and outside agencies and understands the importance of mentoring staff. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all phases of delivering capital improvement projects including planning design and construction. The Engineering Manager will function as the Capital Improvement Program Manager.
