Core Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in both English and Spanish.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system answering calls promptly and professionally and striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
  • Communicate with customers and staff in a professional friendly and helpful manner.
  • Accurately process payments.
  • Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk / lobby area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed such as filing emails reports etc.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Great communicator; listens and conveys information effectively.
  • Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish) - required
  • Cooperative helpful and connects with others seamlessly.
  • Strong ability to multi task with high attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills (email Microsoft Office etc.) preferred.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
