Key Responsibilities:
- Pack out and inventory customers contents to clean and store in house.
- High detail clean of customers contents and rooms.
- Obtain proper documentation of dirty damaged and cleaned contents.
- Pack back customers contents to home in proper rooms.
- Perform production processes as directed including: fire and water cleanup general cleaning smoke damage/odor removal and mold damage cleaning; following SERVPRO production guidelines per work order and crew chief.
- Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
- Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
- Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
Position Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Effective oral communication
- Previous experience in restoration construction or a related field is preferred.
- IICRC certification is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders work at ceiling heights work in tight spaces (e.g. crawl spaces attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.
