Our cleaning team mobilizes to homes or businesses that need to be packed and moved out so that restoration can begin. The packed content is then brought to our warehouse where it will be cleaned deodorized and stored until the restoration process is complete. The team also mobilizes to clean structures that have experienced a fire water or mold damage. They also perform general and routine cleanings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pack out and inventory customers contents to clean and store in house.
  • High detail clean of customers contents and rooms.
  • Obtain proper documentation of dirty damaged and cleaned contents.
  • Pack back customers contents to home in proper rooms.
  • Perform production processes as directed including: fire and water cleanup general cleaning smoke damage/odor removal and mold damage cleaning; following SERVPRO production guidelines per work order and crew chief.
  • Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief and other technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
  • Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance

Position Requirements:
  • Valid drivers license
  • Effective oral communication
  • Previous experience in restoration construction or a related field is preferred.
  • IICRC certification is a plus but not required

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders work at ceiling heights work in tight spaces (e.g. crawl spaces attics)
  • Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
  • Ability to work with/around cleaning agents.

Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
