- Have experience in construction handyman work or restoration
- Love working with your hands and being outdoors
- Enjoy teaming up with others to get the job done
- Feel motivated by helping people during tough times
- Want to build a career not just punch a clock
- Responding to emergency situations (like water or fire damage)
- Performing hands-on restoration work: water extraction demolition cleanup etc.
- Loading and maintaining vehicles with tools & equipment
- Keeping job sites safe and clean
- Communicating clearly with both clients and teammates
- Helping bring homes and businesses back to life!
- A valid drivers license
- Willingness to work occasional evenings weekends or holidays (because emergencies dont punch out at 5)
- Prior experience in restoration or construction is a big plus
- IICRC certification Even better!
- Can lift 50 lbs regularly (and occasionally more with help)
- Comfortable climbing ladders working in attics/crawl spaces and doing physically active work
- Okay working around cleaning agents and various job site environments
