We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Event Catering Manager to oversee food and beverage operations at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland and work on a freelance basis. Responsibilities will extend through both the live event and post event periods. This pivotal role ensures that all catering services run smoothly efficiently and in full compliance with health safety and licensing standards. The Catering Manager will be on-site daily conducting trader audits ensuring vendor compliance responding to incidents and coordinating with key stakeholders including the senior event management team licensing authorities and sustainability teams.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining exceptional customer service and food safety standards throughout the event. This position requires previous experience in a similar role within the event or hospitality industry and the following qualifications:
NEBOSH/IOSH
Level 4 Managing Food Safety & Hygiene
Level 2 BIIAB and a valid Personal License
