Job Description
Are you ready to take your first step into the world of manufacturing and quality assurance Join our energetic team in Conroe as a Trainee QC Inspector. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn detail-focused and committed to doing things the right way.
In this entry-level role you will receive training and support as you learn to ensure our products meet high-quality standards. You will assist with checking product specifications performing visual and dimensional inspections and helping to keep production running smoothly. As you grow in the role you will help make sure parts meet company and customer requirements before shipping. You will also learn how to manage quality documentation support dispatch processes and contribute to a clean and organized workspace.
We welcome applicants who are dependable enthusiastic and excited about starting a career in manufacturing. While previous experience in a workshop or production setting is helpful its not required what matters most is your willingness to learn and work as part of a team. If youre familiar with lean manufacturing (like 5S) or have experience with manual handling or forklifts thats a bonus.
While your initial hours will cover the day shift from Monday to Thursday (0) and Friday (0830 - 1430) this position will transition to shifts. The rotational pattern includes shifts from 6 am to 2 pm 2 pm to 10 pm and 10 pm to 6 am offering flexibility for your work schedule.
