Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Entra ID & Office 365 Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Entra ID Active Directory Office 365 Defender Intune and other related technologies. The candidate should have exceptional technical expertise and be capable of troubleshooting production-level issues with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID Active Directory and Office 365 environments.
Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Entra ID AD Office 365 Defender and Intune-related issues in a production environment.
Assist with the design deployment and management of security policies and access controls for Microsoft 365 services.
Monitor troubleshoot and resolve critical issues related to Microsoft environments ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with security protocols.
Manage and support Microsoft Defender for endpoint security and related solutions.
Administer and configure Microsoft Intune for mobile device management and endpoint security.
Ensure high availability reliability and performance of Microsoft services and provide proactive support.
Participate in regular reviews audits and reporting to maintain system integrity and security.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5-10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID Active Directory Office 365 Defender and Intune.
Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues in Microsoft cloud and on-prem environments.
Strong knowledge of security best practices identity management and access control.
Familiarity with managing and administering Microsoft 365 services.
Experience in managing and securing end-user devices using Microsoft Intune.
Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation tasks for Microsoft environments.
Excellent problem-solving troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AD Office 365 Microsoft Defender or equivalent are highly desirable.
