Job Description
Baystate Health the leading healthcare provider in western Massachusetts and home to the Magnet-recognized Baystate Medical Center (BMC) is actively seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse Clinical Education Coordinator (CEC). This role is based in the Emergency Department and Trauma Center as well as the Observation Medical/Surgical Unit offering a dynamic and impactful environment for clinical education leadership.
The Clinical Education Coordinator is an RN with a talent for teaching and engaging with staff to advance staff knowledge and proficiency in clinical practice. The CEC supports the implementation of Nursing care delivery to meet practice and compliance standards. The strategic goals of the organization are a guide for the CECs priorities and goals. Collaborates with inter-professional teams leaders stakeholders and others to accomplish positiveclinical and educational outcomes.

SCHEDULE:
- Hours are 9a-7p
- 40 hours per week
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree or higher must have one earned degree in Nursing
- Bachelors degree preferred -must be matriculated into a BSN program within 12 months of hire
- RN Massachusetts (required)
- Two years of emergency nursing experience
- Experience teaching/precepting individuals or groups of students or staff
