We Are Looking For
The Supervisor Production is responsible for leading a team to streamline production operations enhance output and maintain a safe work environment. This individual will be responsible for leading a swing shift and will ensure effective oversight during non-standard hours. The Supervisor Production will develop and prioritize daily operations in line with the master schedule oversee team performance through coaching and training and coordinate logistics to address quality discrepancies and challenges. This individual will possess strong communication and project management skills proficiency in proprietary software and the ability to multitask meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic production setting.
What Youll Do
As a Supervisor Production youll be responsible for:
- Streamline production operations and boost output by actively identifying and resolving efficiency opportunities.
- Develop direct and prioritize daily operations in alignment with the master production schedule.
- Oversee team performance provide progress updates and address challenges through effective coaching and training.
- Coordinate logistics with relevant departments and troubleshoot solutions as needed.
- Assist in handling quality discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a team culture of collaboration accountability and excellence.
- Ensure safety protocol and enforcement to maintain a safe and secure work environment for all employees
What You Bring
- Associates degree or 4 years of professional experience in a manufacturing production or warehouse setting
- 3 years of Supervisory experience in a manufacturing production or warehouse setting
- Experience taking physical inventory is desirable
- Insightful hands-on leader with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Highly skilled in engaging teams to deliver results in a dynamic production environment.
- Strong project management leadership including risk assessment issue identification and resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be computer savvy and learn company proprietary software programs.
- Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately multi-task and work well under pressure with changing priorities.
Special Requirements:
- U.S. Citizen U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) orasylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
- ITAR Requirement
- 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.

Job Type: Full Time
Schedule: Must be willing to work 2nd shift weekday schedule; Monday - Friday: 1:30pm-10pm.
