Framer Fabrication Shop
Location: Waco TX
Schedule: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Pay: $16-17 hour DOE
Team Size: Small close-knit team environment
About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Framer to join our fabrication shop where we build frames and prepare wire for filter racks. This is a hands-on role working with a small focused team in a clean but non-climate-controlled shop environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn enjoys hands-on steady work and takes pride in being reliable and consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble metal frames for filters
Measure and cut materials accurately
Prepare wire to be installed into racks
Use hand tools saws drills and other basic equipment
Follow work instructions and quality standards
Stand for extended periods during the shift
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work cooperatively with a small team
Requirements:
Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic measurements
Comfortable using hand tools saws and drills
Capable of standing for long periods (no heavy lifting required)
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled shop (hot in summer cold in winter)
Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently
Reliable and punctual this role is essential to daily production
Positive attitude and willingness to learn a new skill
Previous shop or assembly experience is a plus but not required
