You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere searching for a Senior Administrative Assistant someone who works well in a fast-paced this position you will provide direct administrative support for multiple leaders in our legal department one of which must include primary support to an Executive (Assistant Vice President or above) and/or a Senior Physician Leader who reports directly to an In Chief and has system responsibility.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Composes correspondence memos and reports according to guidelines and in a timely manner
Type format create and proofread a variety of materials including handwritten typewritten correspondence presentations memos reports agendas and contracts as instructed and verifies the conformity of documents to Texas Childrens Hospital standards
Assemble documents and presentations as needed for external meetings
Manages the leaders calendar
Telephone various internal and external personnel to arrange meetings
Coordinate with other administrative staff to reserve conference rooms as needed
Answer the telephone in a courteous manner identifying department and offering assistance
Take telephone messages including name of caller date time return telephone number and legible message when applicable
Retrieve messages immediately and take appropriate action upon return-to-work area.
Interface with all employees in a professional courteous manner to assure that requests are met amicably and a congenial work atmosphere is maintained
Maintain excellent relationships with departments throughout the hospital assuring a good working atmosphere
Handle incoming/outgoing mail
Arrange travel
Participate in reception relief
Skills & Requirements
Required High School Diploma or equivalent Required
Required 5 Years Secretarial Experience Required
Preferred Medical and College Background
Required Experience:
Senior IC
