Job Title: RTRM expert
Job Location: Brampton ON - hybrid

Job Description:
Handling event management managing closing tickets within SLAs and manages Remedy/ITSM workflow
Attending P1 incidents and restoring services as per SLA
Coordinates L2 escalations with context and event trace
Prepare and deploy data fixes caused by configuration user or application errors.
Monitor track and fix production defects.
Provide monthly RCA and incident trend reports.
Own and manage the BAU tasks related to RTRM database for DB performance as per Rogers processes and standards
Support CCB (Change Control Board) for impact analysis
