Job Title: NERC CIP Compliance Analyst
Location: San Diego CA (Hybrid local candidates only)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Rate : $75/hr w2
Overview:
We are hiring a NERC CIP Compliance Analyst to support the execution of our NERC CIP compliance program. This individual will help perform control testing collect and document audit evidence and assist with compliance tool maintenance (including SigmaFlow). This is a great opportunity for a compliance professional with a working knowledge of technical environments and a strong understanding of NERC CIP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform NERC CIP gap assessments of standards policies and procedures
- Support implementation and periodic testing of NERC CIP controls
- Collect and organize audit evidence and control documentation
- Assist with aligning internal policies to CIP compliance standards
- Support access management workflows including user provisioning role changes and periodic recertification
- Document infrastructure mapping to support control testing and reporting
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in NERC CIP compliance
- Strong working knowledge of NERC CIP control testing and evidence handling
- Familiarity with compliance platforms (SigmaFlow preferred)
- Understanding of IAM processes related to CIP
- Excellent attention to detail documentation and communication skills
- Experience supporting regulatory audits or internal assessments
Work Requirements:
- Must be local to San Diego CA
- Must be available for a hybrid work schedule (on-site and remote)
