Job Description
The ICT Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company s entire information technology infrastructure. This includes managing network systems ensuring data security and system reliability and implementing innovative technology solutions that improve business efficiency and performance.
Oversee the organization s IT systems infrastructure and network operations ensuring smooth daily functioning and minimal downtime.
Develop implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect systems data and networks from internal and external threats.
Manage both software development initiatives and hardware maintenance including servers workstations and peripherals.
Identify and implement technology-driven solutions that optimize business operations and support organizational growth.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity manage regular system backups and develop/maintain effective disaster recovery strategies.
Provide technical support to staff across departments including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Conduct IT training sessions and offer guidance to users to improve digital literacy and reduce technical issues.
Maintain IT documentation manage software licenses and ensure compliance with IT policies and industry standards.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related technical field.
3 5 years of proven experience in IT or ICT management preferably in a mid-sized organization.
Strong knowledge of network administration cybersecurity practices cloud computing and IT infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with server systems backup solutions IT helpdesk support and enterprise software tools.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Good communication skills with the ability to train non-technical staff and explain IT concepts clearly.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
