Job Description

- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience (home improvement or in-home sales preferred)
- Documented ability to consistently hit revenue targets and maintain strong close rates
- Comfortable working independently managing time and generating leads
- Proficient in CRM usage follow-up communication and detailed note-taking
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Willing to work evenings or weekends as needed to close sales
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and closing percentage benchmarks
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with all leads promptly
- Attend networking events home shows and community outreach efforts
- Follow a structured sales process and company guidelines
- Generate consistent self-sourced leads in addition to handling company-provided opportunities
- Paid training on our sales process and product offerings
- Branded company apparel (polo or dress shirt)
- Ongoing coaching and sales support
- Marketing events and local lead generation opportunities
- Access to sales tools CRM and company materials
- Competitive base commission with aggressive earning potential
- Performance bonuses available based on monthly results
