We are seeking a reliable and personable Customer Account Representative to join our team in Tampa this role you will be the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. You will maintain relationships resolve concerns and manage account activities that support long-term client retention and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned customer accounts
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records
Monitor customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues proactively
Prepare and deliver account reports as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and deliver tailored solutions
Assist with onboarding new clients and updating account information
Recommend service improvements based on client feedback
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field (preferred)
1 years of experience in customer service account management or a related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Detail-oriented with a customer-first attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools
