Job Description

What Youll Do:

  • Support the deployment configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Azure cloud resources (IaaS PaaS).
  • Assist with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management compliance policies app deployment and endpoint security.
  • Provide technical support for Entra ID / Azure Active Directory including user provisioning group policies and access controls.
  • Perform regular system tasks such as patching monitoring and routine maintenance.
  • Help with employee onboarding/offboarding including device setup and account creation.
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets involving cloud services user access issues and device troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation including SOPs and configuration records.
  • Work closely with senior cloud engineers and IT teams to support new deployments and cloud migration projects.
  • Stay current with evolving Microsoft technologies and participate in ongoing training and certifications.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications :

What We Look For:

  • High school diploma GED or equivalent experience required; Bachelors degree or IT/technical certifications strongly desired.
  • 12 years of experience in an IT support helpdesk or cloud technician role required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments (IaaSPaaS).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device compliance configuration profiles and app deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with Entra ID / Azure AD including user management and security groups.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts endpoint security and basic PowerShell scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • A self-starter who is eager to learn and contribute in a collaborative team setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail time management and organizational skills. 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong critical thinking skills. 
  • Strong ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Certifications Skills and Experience:

  • Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification preferred.
  • Prior experience with scripting (PowerShell) for automation preferred. 
  • Exposure to Microsoft Defender Conditional Access Policies and M365 integration preferred
