Job Description
New Automated Flat Roofing Plant in Hagerstown MD.
Join our shipping team and support the manufacturing plant. We build roofing products for our customers.
Easy location - just off 81.
Full Time hours and benefits Enrollment available after only 30 days!
Free uniforms and uniform laundry.
Clean indoor workspace with small teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to safely operate a sit down forklift while maintaining a valid forklift certification
Must be comfortable working outside in the elements
Communicate with drivers to ensure the accuracy of the load as well as safety requirements for loading/unloading materials
Ability to think on your feet in identifying from the pick list where the material is located in the warehouse
Identifying what needs to be double stacked in the warehouse and on the truck
Ability to use a company computer and WMS systems
Guide the truck drivers where they need to go in order to be safely loaded/unloaded
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Must be legally authorization to work in U.S.
Must be able to pass a forklift certification class and test
Must be able to read a pick list
Must be able to work overtime as necessary which could include weekends
Must be able to pass a fit for duty Physical
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
