Job Description
A property management company based in the Five Towns is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 20 residential buildings primarily in Brooklyn with additional locations in Staten Island and Queens. This role includes a balance of field visits and office work offering flexibility and variety for the right candidate.
The position involves coordinating maintenance managing tenant relations and overseeing day-to-day building operations. Ideal candidates will bring prior property management experience though the company is willing to train a capable motivated individual.
Responsibilities Include:
Conducting regular site visits across the portfolio
Coordinating with vendors and obtaining repair quotes
Overseeing building maintenance and repair projects
Managing tenant communications and addressing concerns
Documenting and following up on open building issues
Ensuring timely and efficient service delivery across locations
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior experience in property or building management preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable with a mix of office and field-based work
Must have a car for travel to building sites
