Schedule:
MondayFriday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Biweekly: Extended hours on Thursday evenings and required Saturdays

WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a friendly energetic and customer-focused Leasing Specialist to support our Rivers Gate and Carrollwood communities in Middle River MD. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales- and service-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced team-driven environment.
As a Leasing Specialist you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents playing a key role in driving occupancy resident satisfaction and overall community success. Youll manage leasing files support marketing and retention efforts and assist with a range of administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective residents; conduct property tours and present leasing options
Manage the full leasing process including application intake documentation and follow-ups
Maintain accurate traffic logs and generate weekly leasing reports
Assist with marketing efforts social media promotions and community outreach
Support resident retention initiatives and organize community engagement activities
Coordinate unit readiness and perform light cleaning prior to move-ins
Maintain organized resident files and assist with general administrative duties
Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold property policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Prior experience in customer service or sales (leasing experience preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and appearance
Availability to work every other Saturday and extended Thursday evenings
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent (NALP certification a plus)
