We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead training initiatives focused on operational excellence in the short-term rental industry. This role involves consulting with and delivering comprehensive training to franchise partners on best practices in guest and owner experience property management software and day-to-day operational processes. By providing partners with the right tools and strategies youll help ensure consistency quality and scalable growth across our network.
The ideal candidate has a proven background in building and facilitating in-person training excellent communication and facilitation skills and hands-on experience in the short-term rental space particularly in working with guests owners and property management platforms.
This is a hybrid position that will require you to be in our office in NW Portland for training sessions and at other times as needed. Candidates must be in located in the greater Portland OR area.
