Job Description

Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing Texas-based packaging manufacturer producing corrugated boxes wooden pallets crates wooden reels and other industrial packaging solutions. Our customers are Fortune 500 companies that depend on us for high-volume mission-critical business-to-business (B2B) packaging not retail not consumer-focused and not just print. We deliver real solutions that move real products every day.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager to lead complex packaging programs from concept to delivery. This role will interface directly with large-scale customers managing multiple packaging lines coordinating design and quoting overseeing production timelines and ensuring on-time delivery all while keeping margins healthy and communication sharp.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major B2B customers including Fortune 500 accounts
  • Manage end-to-end packaging projects: design quoting prototyping production and delivery
  • Work closely with internal teams (design production purchasing logistics) to meet customer specs and schedules
  • Understand and interpret structural packaging requirements primarily corrugated wood and hybrid packaging
  • Drive project milestones maintain updated status reports and ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks delays or specification issues
  • Build and maintain trust with key decision-makers and supply chain personnel on the customer side

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing large B2B industrial or packaging projects
  • Strong understanding of corrugated wooden pallets crates and industrial packaging
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and communicate with design and production teams
  • Familiarity with design tools such as ArtiosCAD AutoCAD or similar software a plus
  • Experience working with high-volume low-print or print-light packagingpreferred
  • Professional communication and organizational skills are a must
  • Bachelors degree in Packaging Industrial Engineering Supply Chain or equivalent experience preferred
