- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or related field - 5 years of experience in Sales Compensation Sales Operations Sales Finance or related field - Demonstrated experience managing complex sales incentive compensation programs and processes
- Masters degree in Business Administration Finance or related field - Knowledge of sales compensation best practices and industry trends - Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams - Project management experience with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
