Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. (HCMP) is currently seeking a detail-oriented proactive and organized practice assistant to join our team and support our dynamic trademark this role you will work closely with attorneys clients and vendors to provide administrative trademark support. This role would also support our client billing function and provide other office clerical assistance as needed.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in gaining experience working in a law firm and exposure in a hands-on and collaborative environment.


Duties include but are not limited to:

Trademark Support

Billing & Other Clerical Assistance

Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Desired qualifications:

Compensation Hybrid Work & Other Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $50000-$65000 depending on experience and qualifications with bonus-earning potential and is based on the desired experience range at the time of this posting. This position is eligible for hybrid work. We strongly encourage a minimum of one day per week worked in our office preferably Tuesdays. Business needs may necessitate different or additional in-office days beyond our policy. Our hybrid work policies are subject to change depending on firm and practice needs.
