Patient Care Coordinator
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking friendly organized and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Patient Care this front office role youll be the first and last point of contact for our patientshelping create a positive and professional clinic experience. This position includes comprehensive training and mentorship making it a great fit for someone new to healthcare or a seasoned professional. What Youll Do
As a Patient Care Coordinator youll be the friendly face and helpful voice that supports patients on their path to recovery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and managing the clinics schedule
- Explaining the benefits of physical therapy to current and prospective patients
- Collection of payments
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Creating a welcoming organized and efficient front office environment

Schedule & Work Hours
- Full-Time: 8am-5pm M W F & 7am-4pm T TH

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Range: $15-$18/hour
