Halvik is seeking multiple Technical Project Managers to serve as leads on multiple types of projects including:
- Salesforce
- DataMart and Data Science
- AI and Machine Learning
What You Will Do:
- Ensure project success facilitate open communication conduct project meetings act as primary point of contact with the Government and schedule activities.
- Champion the use of agile delivery techniques to plan and execute all tasks.
- Lead efforts to prepare sprint plans outlining assignments with descriptions of work to be completed and estimated number of hours to be worked.
- Support requirements gathering and backlog grooming activities.
- Ensure that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
- Perform enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.
- Directs completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.
What You Need:
- 10 years of IT project management experience
- PMP certification preferred.
- Proven success managing Enterprise level software development efforts.
- Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary agile teams in modernization efforts.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement risk management budget oversight and reporting.
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence and Agile reporting tools.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
