Job Description
- Respond to service calls as needed
- Inventory and loading of equipment and supplies into vehicles
- Maintain clean work vehicles warehouse equipment and related
- Prepare sites for work activities
- Set up staging area and equipment for projects
- Perform remediation/restoration process including cleanups and equipment breakdowns
- Perform demolition and cleaning tasks
- Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines
- Support other personnel and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed
- Strong work ethic positive attitude and reliable
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Preferred - Prior experience in fire and water restoration mold remediation or related
- Must be able to work some nights weekends and participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- Estimating experience or knowledge of Xactimate software a plus
- Experience with drywall or other construction trades a plus
- Must possess valid IL Drivers License
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to climb ladders perform at ceiling heights and work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces and attics).
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time and repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Willingness to work with cleaning products and chemicals.
