Job Description
- Work on cutting edge applications
- Lead development efforts design and solve some of the advertising industrys most complex scaling issues
- Be responsible for various project initiatives to improve the delivery of hundreds of billions of transactions per day
- Work alongside a team of engineers on an existing code base
- Play a key part in influencing the engineering and product direction
- Implement best practices for security CI/CD testing and code quality
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and contribute to technical decision-making and innovation within the team
Qualifications :
- At least 6 years of experience in software development and architecture using Go
- Experience dealing with scaling highly available globally distributed systems
- Ability to manage and measure multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate complex topics to business stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in Golang with hands-on experience building and maintaining high-performance systems
- Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including daily work with BigQuery Datastore and GCP infrastructure
- Deep understanding of containerized environments using Docker and orchestration of container deployments.
- Solid grasp of Protobuf for data serialization and its associated tooling (Buf)
- Experience with workflow orchestration (Apache Airflow) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI) Google Cloud Storage and Pub/Sub messaging
- Familiarity with Twirp APIs for lightweight RPC communication
- Competence in profiling and performance tuning (Google Profiler)
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Familiarity with and the broader AdTech ecosystem
- Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies
