- Provide assistance to the legal team as required
- Review and/or prepare draft NDAs
- Review supplier standard terms and conditions of sale/supply
- Review customer contracts
- Provide support and advice on contract management (dealing with day to day queries on contracts) with support from the legal team
- Assist with drafting agreements and amendments to agreements
- Document preparation and administrative tasks - prepare legal documents such as termination letters letters of dispute compile contracts format legal documents document management locate and store documents (hard and electronic copies)
- Arrange contract signing
- Assist the Legal team by carrying out legal research
- Ad hoc duties
Qualifications :
- Graduate with law degree or other relevant qualification
- Excellent proficiency in English (written and oral)
- Excellent IT skills with an excellent level of proficiency in Microsoft Word Outlook PowerPoint and Excel to produce a high quality documentation and to maintain presentations records spread sheets and databases.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle tasks with confidentiality.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive efficient and timely manner.
- Ability to accurately interpret and follow instructions.
- Exceptional organisation skills.
- The capacity to work well under pressure.
- An individual with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn on the job with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
