Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of electrical projects across multiple sites in Dublin and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts from tender through to completion ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of electrical contracts including planning execution and close-out.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate with clients consultants subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation standards and company procedures.
  • Monitor project progress budgets and schedules and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and review project documentation including tenders risk assessments and method statements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to health & safety regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineering and site teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications :

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in electrical project or contract management.
  • Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale electrical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish electrical regulations and health & safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Primavera).
  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
