Consultant/Senior Paediatrician - South Australia
Salary: Up to $630,435 p.a. (inclusive of Super Benefits Attraction & Retention Allowance private practice allowance)
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible) | On-call roster required

About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality inpatient and outpatient paediatric care, with a focus on culturally appropriate services for Aboriginal children.
  • Contribute to integrated care across regional sites including outreach clinics and maternity services.
  • Provide clinical leadership, education, and mentorship to junior medical staff.
  • Play a key role in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
  • Participate in the paediatric on-call roster.
  • Engage with the statewide child health network and help develop tertiary services in early childhood and maternal health.
What You ll Need
  • Specialist Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility).
  • Fellowship of the RACP (Paediatrics) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in general and community paediatrics, including developmental and behavioural assessments.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality care, patient safety, and service development.
