About the Role- Deliver high-quality inpatient and outpatient paediatric care, with a focus on culturally appropriate services for Aboriginal children.
- Contribute to integrated care across regional sites including outreach clinics and maternity services.
- Provide clinical leadership, education, and mentorship to junior medical staff.
- Play a key role in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
- Participate in the paediatric on-call roster.
- Engage with the statewide child health network and help develop tertiary services in early childhood and maternal health.
What You ll Need- Specialist Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility).
- Fellowship of the RACP (Paediatrics) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in general and community paediatrics, including developmental and behavioural assessments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality care, patient safety, and service development.
