We are looking for a skilled detail oriented Registered Nurse with leadership experience to serve as an Administrative this supervisory role you will be an integral part of our Children and Family Services Division and provide critical oversight and support for nursing services at the Youth Rehabilitation and Treatment Center in Hastings NE.

- Supervise the medical department and direct care nursing staff at YRTC Hastings
- Oversee daily medical care of youth daily medical tasks and manage medical processes
- Ensure proper emergency care is provided to youth
- Consult with the Health Authority and APRN to ensure medical practices and procedures are provided within the scope of practice
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a Registered nurse in Nebraska and one year of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous supervisory experience in the nursing and/or medical field.
Other: Must have a valid drivers license
Pay Rate: $38.853/hour - $57.274/hour. Pay rate may be commensurate with education and/or experience within fiscal constraints if approved. $3/hour facility differential pay and shift differential pay in addition to hourly pay rate.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. On-call rotation.
