About the Role
As our Hospital Manager youll be a vital leader responsible for the daily operations and long-term success of the hospital. Youll work side-by-side with the medical team to support a positive workplace culture drive operational efficiency and ensure the highest standards of patient and client care.
What Youll Do
Lead coach and develop a team of veterinary technicians and support staff
Build and maintain a culture of accountability respect and collaboration
Oversee budgets payroll inventory scheduling and performance metrics
Partner with the medical director and regional leadership to meet hospital goals
Create an outstanding client experience with a focus on compassion and service excellence
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in veterinary or healthcare practice management
Strong leadership interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Financial acumen including budgeting inventory and payroll oversight
A passion for animals and a commitment to building a supportive team culture
- LVT/CVT preferred but not required
