Full Time Luxury Retail Associate - 1167
A luxury jewelry store in Brooklyn NY is seeking a Luxury Retail Associate to handle clients service their needs and manage repairs. The ideal candidate should be friendly professional and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Sunday-Thursday
- Assist clients with their purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle jewelry repairs and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage inventory and ensure the display is attractive and organized.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and store promotions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
