Faupel Automotive Group is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Service Porter to join our team in Henderson Kentucky. As a Service Porter you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations in our service department.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate staff
- Retrieve and park customer vehicles in an organized and efficient manner
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as fueling washing and vacuuming
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and customer waiting areas
- Perform general janitorial duties such as taking out trash and cleaning restrooms
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Keep new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
- Clean driveway and sidewalks
- Drive vehicles to and from service lane service stalls and parking lot as needed
- Make key tags for vehicles
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to complete assigned tasks
- Self-starter with ability to work well as part of a team or independently
- Positive attitude and can-do mentality
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
