Your Team Your Impact
The Demand Planning team plays a critical role in driving accurate data-informed forecasts that support operational efficiency customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This team (1) drives the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process in partnership with Sales Marketing Finance and Supply Chain (2) collaborates closely with Business Units to capture market intelligence customer trends and new product introductions and (3) influences executive-level decisions with data-driven insights and scenario planning.What You Can Expect
- Use data analytics to identify Demand Planning performance issues and drive actions
- Analyze demand trends backlog bookings point-of-sales and etc. against historical trends to identify anomalies
- Publish and monitor supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor Demand plans vs. actuals to identify variance and drive actions
- Ad-hoc projects that involve cross-functional teams from Finance Sales and Product Marketing teams
What Were Looking For
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Data Science Industrial Engineering Operations Research or a related field
- 02 years of experience in Demand Planning Supply Chain or a related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel
- Strong interest in demand forecasting automation and data flow optimization
- Highly task-oriented with a proactive self-starting mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 25 years of relevant industry experience
- Background in the semiconductor industry
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
50200 - 75200 $ per annumThe successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
