Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As the first point of contact for visitors the Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service ensuring each guest has a memorable and pleasant experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Answer phone calls emails and in-person inquiries with accurate information regarding services and amenities.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests promptly maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Process reservations changes and cancellations through our booking system.

Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
