We are looking for an experiencedQA Leadto join our clients team and take ownership of a testing project while leading a small QA team.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experiencedQA Leadto join our clients team and take ownership of a testing project while leading a small QA team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a small QA team (12 testers) and manage the testing process
- Create and maintain test strategy test plans documentation and status reports
- Design and automate test scripts usingSelenium and Java
- Execute functional regression and data validation tests
- Support business users during UAT
- Collaborate with developers and participate in daily project meetings
- Work in bothAgileandWaterfallenvironments with exposure toDevOpspractices
- Proven experience as a QA Lead or Test Lead
- Strong knowledge ofSelenium and Java
- Experience in defining and driving test strategy
- Understanding of data lifecycle testing (ETL transformation etc.)
- Experience in banking or wealth management projects is a plus
