The Marketing & PR department is crucial in driving our companys success working collaboratively to this role youll join our design team to shape how RTB House is represented visually across the globe. Youll be involved in creative work from concept to delivery and collaborate with a team that values smart ideas attention to detail and innovation.

You Will:
- Design high-quality visuals for external comms from social media and landing pages to key visuals and digital campaigns.
- Own creative concepts from ideation to execution ensuring strong storytelling and consistent branding.
- Contribute to RTB Houses evolving brand identity and visual standards.
- Stay curious brainstorm and explore new tools workflows and trends.
- Collaborate with copywriters freelancers project managers and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
- Present and explain your design decisions with clarity and confidence.
- Provide constructive feedback to teammates and contribute to a culture of creative growth.
- Manage your design workflow and timelines with autonomy and reliability.
Desired Experience:
- 4 years of experience in graphic/digital design ideally in creative teams or agencies.
- A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution across digital channels.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
- Experience and curiosity for AI design tools and trends (MidJourney ChatGPT Runway etc.) or eager to learn.
- Experience with motion design tools (After Effects etc.) is a big plus.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2C1 level) both written and spoken.
- Excellent cross-team communication skills you can explain ideas clearly and listen actively.
- Strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills able to manage multiple projects meet deadlines and maintain creative quality.
