Key Responsibilities
- Ready to work in 24x7 shift model
- Work from Office as per Organization policy and/or Operation requirement.
- Should be available at base location i.e. Bangalore/Pune
- Administer and maintain Control-M components: Server Enterprise Manager Agents plug-ins
- Perform version upgrades patching and environment migrations
- Resolve advanced job failures performance bottlenecks and complex dependency issues
- Monitor system infrastructure to ensure high availability and scalability
- Design configure and manage job schedules across diverse platforms
- Optimize workflows to align with SLAs and enhance operational efficiency
- Develop automation scripts (Shell Python) to streamline operational processes
- Implement and manage Control-M backup and recovery strategies
- Provide L3 support and lead root cause analysis for escalated issues
- Handle ServiceNow catalog tasks incident and change tickets with precision
- Integrate Control-M with enterprise applications using APIs and custom plug-ins
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support and training
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation SOPs and best practices
- Enforce ITIL-compliant processes and ensure adherence to service protocols
- Support and maintain HA/DR configurations to ensure business continuity
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Deep expertise in Control-M architecture and operations
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows environments
- Strong scripting skills: Shell Python
- Experience with Control-M APIs and third-party integrations
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Sound understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Additional Information
- Certification in Control-M or ITIL is a plus
- Experience in large-scale enterprise environments preferred
