Job Description

As Caf Manager youll be at the heart of creating an exceptional guest experience while overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of our Nordic-inspired caf seamlessly integrated within the store.

Youll lead by examplesetting high standards for quality service and hospitality while inspiring your team to deliver memorable experiences at every touchpoint. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction youll foster a warm personalised atmosphere that reflects local culture and embodies the values of our brand. Your leadership will drive team development operational excellence and business performance ensuring your team is well-trained motivated and aligned with our caf concept. From maintaining product knowledge and service consistency to supporting sustainability goals and promoting a unique local service culture your role is essential in bringing our caf vision to life and leaving a lasting impression on every guest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and attractive caf atmosphere personalised to meet the preferences of the customer
  • Lead recruitment training and development of the caf team in collaboration with the Store Experience Manager
  • Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service in line with brand standards
  • Oversee daily operations including stock management ordering routines and adherence to the caf concept
  • Champion our brand values and culture ensuring they are reflected in every customer interaction
  • Drive sustainability initiatives within the caf aligning with company-wide environmental goals

Qualifications :

  • Proven leadership experience in a caf restaurant or other food & beverage environment
  • Local: Food and Beverage / health & safety qualification
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for food and drink and a desire to share that enthusiasm with others
  • Adaptable and flexible able to respond quickly to customer feedback menu changes and stock fluctuations
  • Strong organisational skills with a track record of leading teams in fast-paced settings to deliver outstanding service
  • Excellent communication abilities both verbal and written
  • Supportive leadership style offering constructive feedback and coaching to help team members grow
  • Eagerness to learn with a proactive approach to personal and professional development
  • Comfortable with flexible or irregular working hours including weekends and holidays
  • Fluency in Greek and English languages


Additional Information :

This is a part-time position offering 30 hours a week.
