About the Role
Nottingham City Libraries are seeking to recruit a Saturday Library Customer Advisor. Were looking for someone with excellent customer service skills who loves helping others and who would welcome the chance to inspire people to read learn and enjoy culture.
As a Library Customer Service Advisor no two days would be the same. Our libraries offer a wide range of services and you will make sure that everyones experience with us is a positive one. You will be enthusiastic self-motivated energetic and proactive in looking for ways to develop and improve library services and outcomes for customers. You will also be committed to supporting the delivery of arts cultural and learning services delivered through libraries.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
-This post is covered by the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) (English Language Requirement for public sector workers) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for the role.
-A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
