This is not your average site coordination role youll be leadingtechnically complex high-value elevator installationsacross Belgium working on iconic buildings like luxury hotels high-rise towers and infrastructure projects with unique technical and regulatory challenges.
Lead the execution of 56 major installation projectssimultaneously from preparation to final delivery.
Behighly present on-site attending construction meetings coordinating with architects clients and subcontractors.
Ensuredetailed preparation: reading technical plans anticipating material needs and ensuring everything is delivered on time.
Manage your own team of technicians and subcontractors ensuring safety quality and motivation on the ground.
Work closely with theProject Coordinatorto align planning avoid delays and manage contractual obligations.
Take ownership ofadministrative follow-up: reporting documentation invoicing and compliance with lift regulations and construction laws.
Act as themain point of contact for the client ensuring satisfaction clear communication and long-term relationship building.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders: legal sourcing engineering and finance.
Youll work ontechnically demanding projects(e.g. elevators with 30 stops special fire or accessibility regulations).
Youll be involved inearly-stage preparationof future projects even before theyre sold.
Youll need tobalance field presence with strong administrative and planning skills.
Youll be a key player inavoiding penalties and ensuring contractual commitmentsare met.
Bachelors or Masters degreein a technical or construction-related field.
Experience in site coordination or project leadership ideally in the construction or elevator industry.
Strongplanning forecasting and multitaskingskills.
Excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementabilities.
Comfortable withExceland administrative tools.
Knowledge oflift standards and construction regulationsis a strong asset.
Fluent inDutch and French with a good command ofEnglish.
A trueteam leaderwith a sense of ownership initiative and accountability.
