The service is expanding and we re looking for passionate Radiation Oncologists to join a progressive, highly collaborative team.
- Permanent Full-Time 76 hrs/fortnight) | Multiple Positions Available

What s On Offer
- Total package of ~$484,000 , including:
- $28,389 car allowance or fully maintained vehicle
- $16,480 CPD allowance
- Up to $20,000 relocation and accommodation support
- 1-in-4 on-call allowance
- Permanent full-time position, with flexibility on start dates and hours
Access to Advanced Techniques & Subspecialty Services
- Stereotactic Therapy
- Statewide Brachytherapy Service: home to Tasmania s only Brachytherapy Suite, servicing a population of approximately 500,000.
- A newly upgraded HDR unit was installed in 2024, offering exciting opportunities for those interested in advancing skills in this area.
- We actively encourage clinicians with an interest in Brachytherapy to upskill and lead innovation within this field.
- A dedicated clinical trials and research unit runs multiple Phase II and III studies, with strong links to national and international research groups.
- An established Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) program ensures high-quality, collaborative care across specialties.
- Join a growing team of Radiation Oncologists and accredited trainees
- Work with modern infrastructure and newly upgraded HDR brachytherapy suite
- Provide outreach care across Tasmania make a statewide impact
- Be part of an organisation with a strong MDT culture and an active research unit
- Opportunities for education, teaching, trials, and service development
- FRANZCR or equivalent Fellowship (or nearing completion)
- Specialist registration or eligibility with the Medical Board of Australia (Radiation Oncology)
