Operations Manager

Our Retirement Planning firm Impact Wealth in Boulder CO is seeking a full-time Operations Manager. Candidates must exhibit exceptional time management skills attention to detail accept direction be customer service oriented and be skilled with technology. Position Overview:
The primary responsibility is to lead and coordinate our team of specialists while serving as the operational liaison between the advisors and staff. This role focuses on ensuring smooth daily operations managing team performance and enabling executive effectiveness. The ideal candidate will excel at delegation team development and process optimization.
Minimum Requirement:
  • 2-5 years of experience in managing a fast-paced office setting
  • Experience in team leadership & management
  • Software experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage team of operations staff
  • Conduct daily team meetings and coordinate task prioritization
  • Serve as primary liaison between advisors and staff
  • Oversee client experience processes
  • Manage internal calendar coordination and meeting preparation
  • Filter and prioritize operational issues for executive attention
  • Lead employee training onboarding and quarterly reviews
  • Implement and improve operational processes
  • Ensure project completion through team accountability
  • Work with team on any HR issues
  • Work with service providers and vendors associated with the firm
Salary:
  • $90000-$100000

Hours:
  • Monday-Friday: 9:00 am 5:00 pm
